Got the final parts for the brake assembly, connecting pins.

I forgot to send some of the brake parts to the zinc plater earlier, so I had to send an extra shippment and wait for a few weeks. The other day it arrived. So time for some assembly.

Electro zinc plated parts has arrived

Yesterday I went to pick up the parts I sent for plating 1.5 month ago. They are zinc plated, treated against hydrogen embrittlement and finally a thin layer of chromatic plating. Now the fun begins, to sort everything back in the correct plastic bag.

Tonight I went to leave some parts for electro zinc plating and post baking to prevent hydrogen embrittlement.
