HD tie rod assembly.
Pretty straight forward, grease up the threads, put the locking nut on both sides balljoints, Just keep in mind the left and right thread. And then bolt it down to the underside of the spindle arms. Then torque it down. Done!! It is so much fun to work with good clean, gone over parts. Its just like a BIG lego for grown ups.

Front suspension, test assembly
With a little help from my little coworker, we got the front NOS springs, new bushings and new pins test fitted today. It all went in without any major hitch. All the old slack disappeared completely. Cant wait to get this on the roads and feel the difference.

Front axle media blasting
All front axle parts media after media blast, except tie rod, witch I intend to replace with a heavy duty one because of the power steering box, and the front I beam as I intend to send it of to the guy who also will media blast the frame. The I beam didn´t quite fit the blasting cabinet.
Front wheel hub dissassembly
First off all I started with prying out the rear seal with a crowbar. Then I took out the roller bearings. Due to all the grease that has been collected over the year I couldn´t figure out how to get the bearings races out, so I took it to work and used a hot water cleaning cabinet to clean the hubs from all junk.
