Bed floor assembly

Time for the fun part and when its fun it seems as the phone and picture snapping is forgotten. This was what I got from the assembly process.

Bed wood treatment

As I was aiming to get a sturdy bed that can take some beating I decided to go for Larch wood that can go without any surface coating as protection against weather, it will just become grey/silver finish and will not rot if it becomes wet.

Decided to help the silver finish appear faster by applying some copperize to the wood.

Bed wood fitting

Time to do some finishing carpentery to the bed wood so that the bed wood will become the higest point,
