Distance between Cab floor and CPP 400 Power steering box top is 120 mm. Gear shift linkage need 90 mm, so the coupling needs to be mounted inside the column tube.
CPP 400 Box is just about 30 mm taller than the old manual box, So need to trim of the excess 30 mm.
USing a paper to get the markings straight.
Measure twice! Cut once ;-)
Turn indicator clips in place.
Assembled the upper bearing
Alinged the clip with the indicator assembly.
Then marked the axel at same length. Now I have a reference for further measurements when mounting the coupling. But that will come in a later post.
