Test fitting of Cab and front sheet metal

Cab test fitted and front sheet metal test fitted. Now its all up to the paint guys after vacations. Exciting!!! to say the least.

Finally sent Cab to media blaster

Yesterday I finally gott the Cab/Doors/Hood & Runningboards of to the media blaster. Its the final larger parts that is in need of media blast. Snow came the same day. I managed to load everything myself onto the trailer, just need to be a littlebit stubborn and inventive.

Last load to mediablaster

Cab, doors, hood and running boards are the last sheetmetal that is waiting for the media blast guy. Media blast guys is a bit occupied at the moment but as soon as he is ready these parts will go up on a trailer.

Got some sheetmetal back from mediablaster

Got some parts back from the media blaster. No big surprice and media blaster was knowledgeable and did a great work.

Cleaning some paint of the fenders

Have been cleaning my fenders before I send them over to mediablaster to clean all the edges that I cant reach with this disc below. It works perfectly!!! After media blast they are of to a sheetmetal guy that will help me fix some dings.

Front fenders, undercoating removal #1

As the rear fenders was in really good condition and it showed that some previous owner had patched them in some lokation and then sprayed them with a good amount of primer I hesitated to clean the inside of the front fenders, but when I saw that they had only sprayed over the fender to hood rubber bump stops I decided to strip the front fenders aswell.
