Third member paint



Time for some paint!! my new best friend, 2 component urethane!




Axle flanges was also heading for 2 coats of paint, when I was at it.



I have been a bit reluctant to use 2 component paints before this build, maybe by inexperience. But now I wouldn´t want anything else. A breeze to mix and it flows out really good and gives such a good end result.












I just love this paint!!

    Hi there its brilliant stuff but (if you spray it) take care it can mess up your breathing/lungs. I had to weld in a new floor in my truck and I sprayed POR15, a 2 pack and ended up in the surgery.
    love the rebuild I think I will have to strip mine down and start again

      Thanks for the nice words Stuey!!

      So far I have been satisfied with the brush method, but it has only been parts that´s not so important if it doesn´t get an mirror image. I have however used a breathing mask with carbon filters aswell.

      I guess I will try and spray it aswell when the time comes. But I will make sure I have the appropriate protection.
